腐败亚文化之反腐败悖论的批判

腐败亚文化不仅表现为对腐败行为或腐败现象的默许、认同甚至支持,还表现为对反腐败工作在观念和价值判断上的扭曲。反腐败会影响执政党执政地位的巩固、影响社会稳定和谐以及会影响经济发展等悖论的存在,对廉政文化建设及反腐败工作的开展危害巨大,其不仅损害主流文化所确立的廉洁、诚信、为民等正确的价值理念,甚至可能使整个社会的价值观扭曲,道德体系崩溃,打击反腐败的信心甚至颠覆反腐败信念。因此应当对此类腐败亚文化现象进行深刻的反思和批判,认清其本质及危害进而最大程度的消除腐败亚文化对廉政文化建设的侵蚀。

Criticism on the Anti-corruption Paradox of the Corruption Sub-culture

The corruption sub-culture not only includes the acquiescence,recognition and even endorsement of the corruption,but also the idea and the value judgment's distortion on the anti-corruption work.Anti-corruption can affect the consolidation of the ruling position of the ruling party,the social stability and harmony as well as the economic development.These paradoxes will cause considerable damage on the incorruptible cultural construction and anti-corruption work.They will not only damage the mainstream culture value established by the honest and sincere services for the people,but also lead to the distortion of the whole society values,moral system collapse,and the subverted anti-corruption confidence.Therefore we shall rethink and criticize the phenomenon of the corruption sub-culture,recognize its essence and harm,and eliminate the erosion on the construction of incorruptible culture to the greatest degree.
