加强高校实验室建设与管理的思考

实验室是国家技术创新体系的重要组成部分,高校实验室的主要任务既要完成国家重大科技创新任务,又要承担繁重的在校学生实验教学工作,因此建立理论教学与实验教学并重的新模式,构建新型的多学科培养实验教学共享平台,加大实验室开放力度,切实加强实验队伍建设,才能充分发挥实验室的最大效能,适应新形势下高校实验室建设和发展的需要。

Strengthen the Construction and Management of Laboratory in College

Laboratory is an integral part of the National Technical Innovation Systems.The main task of the university laboratory is to not only complete the task of major national scientific and technological innovation,but also bear the heavy work of experimental teaching in school.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a new mode emphasizing both on teaching and scientific researching,construct the new multi-disciplinary experiment teaching and sharing platform,increase opening up of the laboratory,and strengthen the team-building in order to give maximum performance of the laboratory and adapt to the needs of the lab building and development under the new situation.
