传统高温炉的改造

摘    要:使用传统的高温炉时采用机械式方法进行操作,升温速度靠人工手动电流调节旋钮来控制。在升温过程中必须不断地观察并调节电流大小以控制升温速度,因而在烧结样品时温度控制不够准确,且花费较多的时间、耗费较多的电量。为了满足烧结工艺对炉温的高要求,选用智能控温仪,通过改进线路,对老式高温炉温度控制系统进行技术改造。改造后的高温炉能通过控温程序准确控制烧结过程,温差为±1℃~2℃,并达到了节能、省时的效果。

Abstract:The traditional high-temperature furnaces are used by mechanical methods and the heating rate is controlled by manually current adjusting knob.The current must be observed and adjusted continuously in the heating process so that the heating rate can be controlled.Therefore,the temperature control of traditional high-temperature furnace is inaccurate,and it is time-wasted and charge-wasted during sintering.In order to meet the requirements of the sintering technique for the furnace temperature,the intelligent temperature controller is used to reform furnace temperature control system by transforming Line.After reforming,the temperature control of old high-temperature furnace can be accurate during sintering.Temperature variation is between 1 and 2℃,and energy and time can be saved.
