Experimental team building is the fundamental task of a university laboratory building,which is the soul of the laboratory building.With the rapid technological and high technology product developing,laboratory technology is constantly updating and course structure is constantly adjusting,resulting in difficulty of teaching and completing research projects,which demand more high quality of laboratory personnel.This article puts forward ideas and methods on how to adapt to the needs of the construction team from the current situation of experimental team.It is considered that laboratory technicians need to improve themselves is internal factor,while reasonable application of the experimental team and continuous investment in training in university is external factor.The interaction of internal and external factors can produce huge effects,which is the trump of university laboratory building.
