Practice is the sole criterion of the truth.Knowledge is the sum of cognition and experience which obtained in practice that the humanity understand and change the world.Higher education does not only instruct the knowledge,but also create the knowledge.Therefore it must combine with the scientific research tightly,with the aid of the experiment and the practice teaching,and complete the completely responsibility of the higher education.Through introducing Guangxi University electrical engineering institute ＇s innovation practice in the experiment teaching,this article discusses the teaching system and the reform approach,and give the methods how to advance innovative reform in the experiment teaching.
