污水海水混合中磷形态转化及其与中肋骨条藻生长关系

摘    要:通过模拟实验,研究了城市生活污水与海水混合过程中各形态磷的解吸、交换及其含量分布变化以及混合体系中骨条藻生长对各形态磷的吸收、释放和转化的效应,结果表明,污水-海水混合过程中磷的行为是?保守的;在骨条藻生长期间,介质中颗粒态磷与各溶解态磷之间成镜像关系,其相互转化方程为△P_(i-j)=△P_(i-j)~(max)-ac~(-bt)?△P_(i-j)=△P_(i-j)~(max)-bt;各形态氮、磷对骨条藻生长的控制作用由下面方程估测:(N_(n+1)-N_n)/N_n=71.12+0.45DIP-1.88DIN(置信度99%)和(N~(n+1)-N_n)/N_n=68.23+0.29DIP+18.2DHP+34.01DQP-27.69THP-1.59DIN(置信度75%),生活污水对骨条藻生长具有一定刺激作用。

Abstract:Based on simulated experiment in laboratory, the desorptions and exchanges of various phosphorus speciations, their concentration distributions during the mixing of domestic waste and sea water, and feedback of Ske-letonema growth on uptake, as well as the release and transformation of various phosphorus speciations in the mixing system were studied. The experimental results show that the behaviors of phosphorus arc non-conservative during the mixing processes. Mirror image relations between paniculate and each dissolved phosphorus in media are found during the period of Skeletonema costatum (Greville) cleve growth and their transformation equations are Skeletonema growth is controlled by various speciations of phosphorus and nitrogen by the following equations; (Nn+1-Nn)/Nn=71.12+0.45DIP-1.88DIN(conmdence 99%) and (Nn+1-Nn)/Nn =68.23+0.29DIP+18.29DIIP + 34.01DOP-27.63TRP-1.88DIN (confidence 75%)
