基于LabView的桥梁阴极保护监控系统研究与设计

摘    要:设计了一种基于Labview的桥梁安全的阴极防腐保护监控平台,详细论述了该平台的系统结构、硬件、软件设计和通讯方式的应用设计。通过现场采集数据的网络化传输实现了远程数据采集、实时数据显示、分析和数据管理。本平台可以广泛应用于桥墩的防腐保护系统、大坝、输油管道、深海隧道等场合的远程健康状态监测。提高工程的使用安全和使用寿命,并能及时监测异常状态,为工程的运行提供了安全保障。

Abstract:Design of cathode anticorrosion protection monitoring platform for the bridge security based on Labview. This paper discusses the system structure of this platform, design on hardware ,software and the application of communication. This platform can realize the remote data acquisition, real-time data display and analysis and data management via network transmission for field data. Therefore, the platform can he widely applied to anticorrosion protection system of piers and remote health monitoring systems of dams, oil pipelines, deep-sea tunnels and so on. Improving use safety and service life of the project, and timely monitoring abnormal status, it provides the security guarantee t'or project operation.
