方柱复式氮化硼结构固/气型声子晶体的带隙研究

摘    要:将复式氮化硼(BN)结构引入固/气型声子晶体中,基元中有两个边长不同的正方柱体,用平面波法研究了其带隙结构,三角格子和石墨结构作为BN结构的特殊情况被包含在其中。研究发现,通过改变两正方柱体的填充率、截面边长比及绕其中心轴的旋转角度,就可调节整个声子晶体的带隙结构和范围,从而实现有选择性的滤波。与简单三角格子相比,普通复式BN结构及石墨结构更容易在小体积及低填充率条件下获得低频宽带隙。

Abstract:The plane wave expansion method was employed to calculate band gap structures of complex boron-nitride(BN) lattice phononic crystal with solid/air system.Its basis was composed of two steel square rods with different cross-section length,and the triangular and graphite lattices were regarded as special cases.It was concluded that the band gap structures and areas could be adjusted by altering the two square rods' filling fraction,section length ratio and rotation angle of square rods around their central ax...
