| Abstract: | We improved the sample preparation of culture cell of Angelica Dehuricacallus, and had observed it's ultrstructure by TEM and SEM. The result shown thatthere were rich cell orgen in the cell of callus,the cell wall was thinner,and the shape ofcell may be various.
