复色光对定量分光光度分析的影响

摘    要:通过数学推导论证了复色光对分光光度定量分析的影响。结果表明复色光可使工作曲线发生负偏离,而不符合良佰-比耳定律,或不偏离。文中还讨论了光电比色法,分光光度法和原子吸收光谱对光源单色性的要求。

Abstract:By mathematical inference, it is proved that the multi color light influences the quantitative analysis of spectrophotometry. The result shows that the multi color light can make working curves (A-C) negatively deviate(d 2A/dc 2<0), which violates Lambert Bear Law, or non deviation(d 2A/dc 2=0). The photoelectric colorimetry, spectrophotometry and monochromatic radiant requireed by atomic absorption spectrum are also discussed.
