| 摘 要： | 北魏孝文帝迁都洛阳的根本原因是为了其更具文化优势。邺城虽较洛阳经济上处于优势，但都于邺城的皆短命王朝，因而不被其选中。对迁都的总体评价：积极因素大于消极因素，对整个中国历史有贡献。

| Abstract: | The reason for Emperor Xiaowen of the Northern WEI Dynasty to move the capital to Luoyang was because of the culture advantage of Luoyang. Although Pingcheng where the former capital was situated, had a more favorable position in economy than Luoyang, Pingcheng was abandoned for the sake of short existence of the imperial powers. The general comment is that the positive factors were greater than the negative ones and the transference made some contribution to the Chinese history. |
