浮漂式钢水连续测温传感器技术研究

摘    要:介绍了浮漂式传感器的原理、特点及使用效果。它用同一个传感器以恒定的深度测量钢水温度,信号稳定、准确;分段选用不同材质,各发挥其优势,耐高温、导热好、抗热震、耐钢渣侵蚀、寿命长;传感器冷端设置的高温自动补偿措施能显著提高测湿精度;它用于连铸中间罐和炉外调温精炼进行钢水连续测温,取得了满意的使用效果。

Abstract:The principle,characteristics and effect of a float type sensor were examined. The molten steel temperatures were measured in constant depth,the signals obtained are stable and exact,the different refractories used in the different positions give play to the each superiority high temperature resistant,good heat conduction,heat shock protection,slag and steel erosion resistant and long service, the accuracy is remarkably increased because of taking measures of automatic compensation of high temperature at the cold end. The method has been used in the tundishes and refining out furnaces,and has obtained the satisfactory practicable effects.
