可实现性创新系统理论与实践研究

从系统理论的角度提出了创新的概念和创新系统模型,运用有限优化原则分析了系统创新的基本特征,建立了基于不确定性属性特征的创新系统运行机理,指出创新就是提高系统的优属性减少非优属性,同时,它也是一种评价创新系统的有效方法.研究表明,创新是新模式的可实现性,它决定于有限的目标需求和结果对创新需求的实现程度.并且,创新系统的自组织、自学习和自实现功能,是实现有限创新竞争模式的关键,最后提出了在这一领域的研究方向.

On theory and practice of reliable innovation system

From the viewpoint of system theory, the innovation concept and the model of innovation system are presented in this paper, and the basic characteristics of innovation system is analyzed with use of optimal principle. This research shows that the innovation is to realize a new pattern, which is dependent on the degree limited target demand and result to target. And the key point of competence pattern of limited innovation is the function of self-organization, self-learning and self-realization of the innovation system.
