摘    要:本文报道安徽产亚香棒虫草Cordyceps hawesii Gray)水溶性多糖分离、纯化及单糖组成和部分性质。DEAE—纤维素分级洗脱和Sepharose6B柱层析、得到两个级份精糖Ch—1和Ch—2、凝胶过滤和醋酸纤维薄膜电泳测定,证明有良好的均一性。纸层析和硅胶薄板层析,表明他们均由甘露糖和半乳糖组成。红外光谱分析和高碘酸氧化反应表明,这两种精糖可能是以(1→4)键为主链,含有(1←3)和(1→2)键,带有(1→6)键分枝的β—半乳甘露聚糖。


STUDIES ON FUNGI POLYSACCHARIDES I.Isolation and Some Properties of water-soluble Polysaccharide of Cordyceps hawkesii
Abstract:Two water soluble polysaccharides ch-1 and ch-2,α_1]_D~(15)=+48.7, α]_D~(15)=-11.2(c=0.1,H_2O), have been isolated from the fruit body of Codyceps hawkesii Gray. ch-1 and ch-2 were homogeneous as judgcd by gel filtration and elec trophoresis,and their major constitution were found to be mannose and gaIactose by means of paper chromatography, Their molecular weights were respectively estimated to be 43,000 and 4,000 by a Sepharose column. I.r.spectra indicated that the glucosidic linkages in ch-1 and ch-2 have the β configuration. From periedate oxidation,it was estimated that ch-1 and ch-2 are of highly branched galactomannan
