| 摘 要： | 为探讨罗红霉素治疗解脲支原体 (UU)感染性宫颈炎的临床效果 ,将 86例UU感染性宫颈炎患者随机分为 2组 ,A组 (4 3例 )给予口服罗红霉素胶囊 ;B组 (4 3例 )给予口服强力霉素片 ,观察其疗效及副作用 .结果表明 :罗红霉素治疗UU感染性宫颈炎的痊愈率为 95% ,明显高于强力霉素 6 7% (P <0 .0 1) ,而且罗红霉素的副作用发生率仅为 2 .33% ,明显低于强力霉素18.6 % (P <0 .0 5) .因此提议将罗红霉素作为目前治疗UU感染的首选药物之一 .

| Abstract: | To investigate the effect of cervixcitis of ureaplasma urealyticum(UU) treated with roxithromycin, we randomly divided the 86 cases of cervixcitis of UU into 2 groups: group A(43 cases) orally took roxithromycin; group B(43 cases) ora lly took doxycycline.The results indicated that the cure rates of group A and group B are of 95% and 67% (P<0.01),respectively; and the rates of side-effect of group A and group B are of 2.33% and 18.6% (P<0.05),respectively.These sug gest that roxithromycin is superior to doxycycline for the treatment of UU infec tion. |
