| 摘 要： | 和谐社会是一个公平正义、尊重权利、崇尚人文关怀的人本社会。构建和谐社会必须注意同时保证公平和效率;构建和谐社会必须注意利益均衡。和谐社会的真正和谐离不开法治的基础性保障作用。法治的实现,要求我们必须不断更新法律理念,同时还要加强司法能力建设,维护司法公正。

| Abstract: | A harmonious society is a human-interest-orientated society that focuses on human equality,rights and care.In the process of a harmonious society building,equality,efficiency and statuesque interests should be paid a coordinative attention to as well.The realization of a harmonious society is closely related to the insurance of basic law.Governing by law demands the renovation of notion,the strengthening of judicial ability and the maintaining of judicial equality. |
