| 摘 要： | 在查阅大量文献资料的基础上,结合长期的田径运动训练的实践,全面的阐述了现代跨栏跑的技术特点和训练发展趋势,分析了跨栏运动员赛前的一般生理和心理规律,就此,提出了对跨栏运动员进行赛前心理训练的方法。
