苏北运河船闸控制系统改造设计研究

摘    要:苏北运河是江苏及华东地区经济发展的水运大动脉,现有船闸的控制和管理方式落后,不适应地区经济发展和船闸运营效率的需求,其中的主要问题是控制系统和手段相对落后.基于闸门管理研究、监控环境研究等基础理论,给出了苏北运河船闸控制系统的改造设计方案,介绍了改造及实施实例.该系统的为苏北运河船闸的集中管理、船闸管理水平和通航效率的提高等提供技术手段.

Abstract:The Northern Jiangsu Canal is the great water transportation artery of economic development in Jiangsu province and the east-China areas. Its existing ship lock control mostly adopts the distributed con- trol concept, giving priority to the decentralized control, Whereas the centralized control is complementary. We achieve open and close control, crash gates, gate pedestrian bridges of the ship lock of the Northern Jiangsu Canal. In the ship locks of Northern Jiangsu Canal, the centralized management and duty is entirely feasible. The paper provides scientific support for the management idea of ship lock of the Notrhern Jiang- su canal.
