摘    要:用透射电子显微镜观察了金属Ni在不同塑性形变下的位错组态。通过透射电镜观察到了位错的胞状结构、滑移带及典型的位错塞积群。结果表明:金属Ni的塑性变形机制为位错滑移。

Abstract:The dislocation distributions of Ni at different plastic deformation were studied by using transmission electron microscopy (TEM) technique. The dislocation cell slip bands and the typical dislocation accumulation groups at different stage of plastic deformation are observed. The result shows that the mechanism of plastic deformation of Ni is dislocation slip.
