关于劳动就业变化因素的经济模型

利用投入产出经济理论，建立反映劳动就业变化的可加性模型；分解出系统中的劳动资本率，资本产出率，产业连锁，进口替代，产业中间需求，国内最终需求和出口导向等主要因素；利用这些模型对江苏劳动经济进行实证研究。指出外向开拓是江苏就业扩张的源泉。产业中间需求不足是江苏就业扩张的主要障碍。

Economic Models of Variable Employment Factors

In this paper, according to the input output economics, economic models have been established of the variable employment factors, and the ratio of labor capital, the ratio of capital output, industrial linkages, substituted imports, interdemands, primary demands and exports are divided in the economic system. Then these models are applied to Jiangsu economy , and it is found that the open economy is the important force for employment but the shortage of interdemands is the basic obstacle to employment.
