| 摘 要： | 从松杉灵芝(Ganoderma tsugae Murr)子实体中提取出水溶性粗多糖FA,进一步纯化得FA2,以凯氏定氮法测定其中蛋白质含量,分别为19.03%和4.07%.

| Abstract: | A water soluble crude polysaccharide FA isolated from the caput-medusae of Ganoderma tsugae Murr has been fractionated, so FA2 was abtained by purification timber. The protein content of FA and FA2 were determined, 19.03% and 4.07% respectively. |
