| Abstract: | Modern cities are the collection points of new style schools and the transforming centers of regional education. Meanwhile, they are also the spreading centers of western ideologies and cultures. Modern technologies have, by various means, permeated all fields of city's society, economy and culture, and cities have made indelible contributions to the development of regional modernization. |
