摘    要:本文介绍了带凸台竖直平行通道的自然对流的散热问题,给出了激光散斑杨氏干涉条纹的照片,绘制了不同情况下的温度分布曲线,整理出了换热的准则关系式.

Abstract:A vertical rectangular tunnel with bosses on one side has been designed to simulate natural heat convection on computer chips. Heat transfer by natural convection is investigated by fixing the space between two bosses with the variable surface temperature and changeable distance between two parallel plates. The temperature field in the tunnel is measured by laser speckle photography and clear speckle film negatives are obtained after exposing twice in an improved optical system. According to Young's interference fringes in the photography, temperature profiles are plotted for different cases. Some relations (criteria) of heat transfer are derived. The laser speckle method is suitable for studying natural convection with large temperature difference and its measuring error is less than 2%
