摘    要:刚刚走上工作岗位的年轻高校教师通常会对教学、科研孰轻孰重感到困惑。不知教学科研从何入手,思想认识上存在偏颇,认为教学与科研较难结舍,要么过多专注搞科研而用在教学上的精力不够,要么只顾蒙头教学上好课而科研上极少有成果,要么科研与教学投入随多均未获得较好成绩,凡此种种现象多体显在青年教师身上,影响了学校教育科研工作的开展。殊不知,教学与科研是相辅相成难以分割且彼此促进。为此结合个人思考与体会进行了分析释疑,以助参加工作不久青年教师尽早定位,处理好教学科学关系,更好融入教学科研事业。
