综放开采支架受力测试与分析

摘    要:对综放支架有后立柱载荷,四连杆、顶梁与掩护梁相互作用力的大小及方向进行了现场测试,建立了支架受力分析的数学模型,结果表明:支架受力相对较小;工序对支架工作阻力影响较大,割煤后移架前支架受力最大,放煤后割煤前支架受力最小;支架总体受力的合力作用点靠前,部分工序出现后柱后拉现象。

Abstract:The loads on the front and rear legs of the support and the magnitude and direction of the interacting force among lemniscate linkage, main canopy and caving shield beam of support in fully mechanized sublevel caving face are investigated in situ Mathematical models of load analysis are establised. The results show that the support load is smaller than that expected, the effect of operation activities is larger on resistance force of the support. Support load is the largest after coall cutting and before support being moved.And it is the smallest after sublevel coal caving and before coal cutting. The acting point of joint load of the support moves forward in the sublevel caving and the rear prop is pulled upward under the operation of some activities.
