| 摘 要： | 文章通过对民办大学在文化建设中面临的现代社会的功利化、庸俗化等倾向以及全球化的冲击，造成的民办大学文化精神的衰微以及管理者以及众多“大学人”的文化意识还未觉醒等种种困境的探讨，提出了民办大学要将“崇尚人文”与“注重理性”统一起来，应对“功利化”与“庸俗化”的挑战以及加强校园文化建设，应对大学文化、大学精神的衰微等具体策略。

| Abstract: | The article discusses various difficulties for non-governmental universities to construct school culture. It proposes that the private schools should combine ＂humanity＂ with ＂rationale＂ to meet the challenge of ＂utilitarian tendency＂ and ＂vulgarization＂, and strengthen campus cultural construction to face the decadency of university culture and university spirit. |
