没食子中黄酮提取工艺探讨

摘    要:本文采用乙醇浸提法和索氏提取法等两种方法对没食子的总黄酮进行了含量测定.并通过显色反应和沉淀反应对粗提物进行了鉴定.试验结果表明,提取总典酮时索氏提取法效果最佳,总黄酮的得率为0.575%.结沦为本试验的测试结果说明对没食子开发利用,并对没食子新产品的工业化生产提供参考依据.

Study of Total Flavanone Extraction From Turkish galls
Abstract:In this paper, the total flavonoids from Gallic were extracted by ethanol extraction through color reaction..The results shows that Soxhlet we had was the best one for the extraction of the total flavonoids, and its mount was 0. 575 %. The study will provide references tO the further utilization of Gallic resource.
