| 摘 要： | 在信息经济时代的今天,电子商务的的飞速发展对全球经济的发展产生巨大的影响,实现在供应链交易过程中全程电子化已经成为企业在激烈的竞争市场中立于不败之地的关键.该文先介绍了供应链电子商务的概念和意义,然后分析我国供应链的现状以及介绍了供应链电子商务的功能和作用,最后对我国供应链现状提出相应对策.
