摘    要:在查阅大量文献资料的基础上,通过实验法、比较分析法和数理统计法等方法,通过对江苏省少体校游泳运动员传统腰腹力量训练与核心力量训练两种训练效果的比较分析,比较出核心力量训练方法与传统腰腹力量训练方法的优缺点。帮助运动员更好的提高腰腹能力,从而使训练成绩有更多提高的可能性。

Abstract:In this paper,access to information based on extensive literature,through the experimental method,comparative analysis and mathematical statistics and other methods,through the Sports School swimmer,Jiangsu Province,the traditional waist and core strength training strength training effect of two kinds of training more analysis and comparison of core strength training methods and traditional strength training methods waist advantages and disadvantages.Increased waist to help athletes better ability to make the training more results raise the possibility.
