对我国退役运动员再就业难的社会学分析

第29届奥运会完美闭幕了,奥运会后却隐藏着大量运动员退役难以安置的问题,导致运动员的再就业问题日益严重的原因可以归纳为内外方面因素。外部因素主要包括国家大的方针政策、社会就业环境等;内部因素主要归因于运动员在服役期间正常社会化被破坏、退役后社会角色中断等。针对这些问题,提出以下合理化建议:1)以学校为依托,促进和维护运动员正常的社会化进程;2)建立高效的退役运动员培训体系,预防社会角色中断;3)以市场为导向,拓宽运动员就业渠道;4)建立务实的社会保障体系,加强监管力度。

The Sociological Analysis about Re-employment for Retired Athlete in Our Country

The 29th Olympic Games finished,but some remaining questions are still not accomplished,such as arranging jobs for athletes.The athletes are difficult to find a adequate job to deal with owing to internal factors and external factors.The external factors are including the macroscopical policies of our country、the environment of social employment;the internal factors are including athlete＇s abnormal socialization,abortive social role and so on.To aim at these problems,we come up with some suggestions and measures：1、based on the principle of school,advance and maintain athlete＇s normal socialization;2、building efficient training system to prevent athlete＇s social role breaking off;3、orienting market,widening channels for athlete;4、building pragmatic social security system,to increase surveillance.
