| 摘 要： | 采用不同方法提取桑叶中的抗氧化物质，以食用菜油作底物，采用碘量法研究桑叶提取物的抗氧化作用。结果表明，微波乙醇提取物抗氧化作用最强，其作用与合成抗氧化剂BHT相当，柠檬酸对桑叶提取物有协同抗氧化作用。

| Abstract: | A research was conducted on anti-oxidative activity of mulberry leaves extract on rape seed oil. The anti-oxidative activities of the extract were measured by rape seed oil as substrates. The results showed that mulberry leaves extract with the method of microwave-alcohel was the highest anti-oxidative activity in the several extracts, which is nearly equal to BHT activity. When citric acid was mixed with the extract, the mixture showed better synthesizing the effect. |
