春小麦、棉花POX和SOD同工酶的分离与Nacl胁迫对POX活性的影响

摘    要:同工酶具有器官的特异性;杂交小麦石春1号幼苗叶出现杂种酶带;供试春小麦和棉花分别具有5条和4条SOD同工酶带;雄性不育系棉花子叶POX活性相对较弱,Nacl胁迫可使POX和SOD同工酶发生一些变化,产生了酶蛋白合成的盐诱异,提高了POX活性,这有助于对作物耐盐性的探讨.

Abstract:Isozymes possess organs specificities; In the polyacrylamide gel electrphoretogram, hybrid zymo-gram bands were found in the seedling's leaf of hybrid wheat (Shichun I); The superoxide dismutase (SOD) showed 5 and 4 bands of isozymes in spring wheat and cotton respectively; The POX activity was lower in The cotyledon of male sterile cotton; Influences of Nacl Stress on POX ond SOD isozymes were observed and the POX activity was under Nacl stress increased, which was due to the salt induce of zymoprotein synthesis. This result contributes to the probe of crop's salt endurance.
