硅铬合金中Si含量的K_2SiF_6容量法测定研究

摘    要:研究了以NAOH作为滴定剂的快速检测硅铬合金中Si含量的方法,改重量法1]为K2SiF6容量法,实验时间由12 h左右缩短为3~4 h,且无需对样品加热,减少了有毒、有害物质生成,降低了检测成本.实践证明新方法操作简便、快捷,分析结果准确,误差符合国家标准2]要求.为K2SiF6容量法测定提供了参考依据.

Abstract:Taking sodium hydroxide as a titrant,using the capacity approach of K2SiF6 to replace the weight approach,a rapid determination was made to detect Si contents in chromium silicon.The experimental time was shortened from 12hr to 3~4hr.The sample was treated without heating,thus avoiding the generation of poisonous and harmful elements.The cost for detection was also reduced.Experiments showed that the new approach is simple,accurate and rapid,meeting with the national code.
