板栗壳中黄酮类生物活性成分的提取与微乳薄层分离分析

摘    要:利用正交实验研究了提取温度、时间、溶剂浓度和酸碱度对板栗壳中黄酮类物质提取率的影响.结果表明在料液比为1∶20的条件下,以70%的碱性乙醇溶液为溶剂,在80℃下回流提取3h提取效果较好.进行了多项定性实验,证明了板栗壳中含有黄酮类化合物,并用微乳薄层色谱法从板栗壳中分离出3个黄酮斑点,其中一个斑点与卢丁的Rf值相同.

Abstract:Flavonoids can be extracted from chestnut shell.The influence of extraction tem-perature,time,solvent concentration and pH were studied with orthogonal experiment.The optimum processing were as followed: the solvent was ethanol solution with the concentration of 70 %,the mass ratio between solid and solvent was 1∶20(w/w),the chestnut shell was extracted 3h,twice at 80℃,and the solution pH was 9.0.The flavonoid can be seperated by the method of thin layer chromatograph,one spot among three is the same with Luding's Rf value.
