| Abstract: | This paper points out that the local economic development and social progress can't be separated from the innovation and service of local university's advanced culture, analyzes on university's thinking modes of insisting in the cultural innovation and serving the locality, and puts forward that the key of university's insisting in the cultural innovation and serving the locality is cultivating the cultural innovation-type talents. |
