巢湖西区水体生物膜上有机物含量的表征

摘    要:对实测wCOD和wTOC进行数理统计显著性检验,结果表明巢湖西区不同季节、不同水深水体生物膜上wCOD和wTOC之间存在线性关系(r=0.842 4, P<0.01);季节因素对生物膜上wCOD∕wTOC的比值关系影响不大(方差分析,F=0.93,P>0.05);不同水深水体生物膜上wCOD∕wTOC的均数差别有高度显著性(方差分析,F=9.20,P<0.01),但在水深0.3 m与0.8 m的生物膜上wCOD∕wTOC的均数差别无显著性(q=0.00,P>0.05).因此在不同季节、一定水深范围内可用wCOD值来表征巢湖西区水体生物膜上有机物的含量.

Abstract:The chemical oxygen demand(COD) and total organic carbon(TOC) in the natural surface coatings,which were developed at different depths of the west area of Chaohu Lake at different seasons,are measured,mathematical statistic tests of significance are made,and it is confirmed that a good correlation shows between the values of COD and TOC in the natural surface coatings(r=(0.842 4,) P<0.01).The season factor has no significant influence on the ratio of COD values to TOC values according to variance analysis(F= 0.93,P>0.05).The different depths have high significance difference in the ratio of COD values to TOC values according to variance analysis(F= 9.20,P<(0.01),while) the depth factor has no obvious effect on the above ratio within the depth range from(0.3 m to) 0.8 m(q= 0.00,P>0.05).So the COD value can be used for determining the amount of organic material in natural water surface coatings on the west area of Chaohu Lake within certain depth range at different seasons.
