矿用电机车调速方法

摘    要:针对矿用直流架线电机车在调速过程中采用落后的直流电机串电阻调速方式,浪费大量电能的问题,在深入研究电机车的工作工况及交流调速方式的基础上,提出了较先进的交流调速方式,即转差频率控制的变频调速方式。经工业性试验证明,该变频调速系统起动平稳、过栽能力强、运行可靠、维修量小且节能显著。

Abstract:This paper is aimed at a solution to the electric energy waste resulting from the speed adjustment direct current traction locomotive in the case of use of the backward speed adjusting way-direct current motor in series with the resistances.Based on the deep research of the operating mode of the traction locomotive and the alternating current speed-adjusting way,this paper introduces a more advanced alternating current speed-adjusting way,the speed adjustment of variable frequency controlled by the frequency of rotate difference.Industrial experiment has proved that the speed adjustment of variable frequency system has many advantages such as steady system,stronger overload capacity,reliable operation,less maintenance and less energy.
