摘    要:叶片进排气边缘的测量是航空压气机制造中的难点,分析了节点矢量对NURBS插值曲线的影响规律,提出了一种适合叶片进排气边缘测量点插值的节点因子调节方法KFM,阐述了其基本原理、工作过程。用等距法对理想半圆进行仿真拟合,由KFM得到最佳节点因子,建立符合叶片进排气边缘特点的数学模型,计算评价叶片的特征参数。实验表明,KFM是叶片进排气边缘测量型值点插值的一种有效方法。

Abstract:Measurement of the leading edge and exhaust edge of turbo blade is a hard nut to crack in aero-compressor manufacturing. The law of the knot vector's influence on NURBS interpolation curve is analysed, a knots factor method (KFM) to meet the needs of interpolation of the discrete points in the blade edge measurement is proposed, the principle, working process and characters of the KFM method is represented. Using the isometric method to fit an ideal semicircle, then the optimum knot factor is obtained by the KFM method, a mathematic model is constructed to meet the requirement of the leading edge and exhaust edge of the blade. Based on the model, the blade characteristic parameter is evaluated. The results of the experiment show that the KFM method is an effective method to fit the descrete points in blade edge measurement.
