摘    要:在介绍分布式发电技术相关进展情况的基础上,重点分析讨论了分布式发电并网运行必须解决的关键问题和目前的研究情况.分布式发电并网运行会影响地区电网的安全稳定运行,需要研究相应的稳态和动态分析与控制方法、继电保护的配置和配合策略、动态电能质量控制方法;为了能够充分利用分布式发电的优点,避免其不利影响,还需要对分布式电源及其相关的无功电源进行规划,并建立良好的配电市场.这些研究还不成熟,需要进一步深入研究,尤其需要对相关的继电保护、地区电网孤岛运行和分布式电源的规划进行重点研究.

Abstract:Based on an introduction to relevant advances in distributed generation technology, the key issues and current research status of the integrated operation of distributed generation are analyzed and discussed. The integrated operation of distributed generation influences the safety and steady operation of the district grid. The relevant steady and dynamic analysis and control method, the configuration and strategy of relay protection, and the method of dynamic electricity quality control should be studied. To make the best of its advantages and compensate for its disadvantages, the distributed generation and relevant reactive power source should be programmed, and satisfactory electricity distribution markets should be established. The current research is insufficient and further study is needed, especially on the relevant relay protection, the island operation of the district grid, and the programming of distributed generation.
