技术与社会:工作组织的网络化实践研究

国内目前对网络技术在工作组织中具体实践的经验研究还较少，一定程度上限制了我们对网络一社会互动机制和水平的认识。通过将大学、企业、媒体组织个案置于全球网络化实践的背景下进行经验研究，显而易见，电脑网络的应用已经对我国工作组织的社会结构和社会行动产生了重要影响，但其影响的程度叉受到工作组织既有的社会结构和社会行动模式的制约和型塑。其具体特征表现出一定的差异性。

Technology and Society: an Empirical Research on the Internetizing Practice in Work Organizations

The innovation, development and practical applications of Internet technology have broken the old mold of social organizations and social sys- terns, and gradually set up a interact - based working mechanism. In the fields of technology studies and sociology of organization, the empirical studies about Internet practice in working organizations under local situation are relatively poor, which, in a sense, has blocked our understanding of the proeess, mechanism and level of interaction between internet and society. Through case studies of lnternetizing exercise in the university, enterprise, and TV organization, this study shows that the application of lnternet technology has exerted great influence on the social structure and action of work organizations. In the meanwhile, there exist some differences of Internetization between different work organizations modified by their well - founded working style and social structure.
