黔金丝猴凝血机制的测定分析

试验材料采用贵州梵净山国家级自然保护区野生动物救护中心饲养三年的五只黔金丝猴，取下肢静脉血，氏染色后用目视法进行血小板计数。通过病理彩色图象分析和统计分析，比较黔金丝猴的凝血机制同人类，猕猴，藏猷猴和滇金丝猴的凝血机制有无显著性差异及黔线猴性别和龄 凝血机制的个体差异。

DETERMINATION AND ANALYSIS OF THE COAGULATION MECHANISM OF THE GUIZHOU GOLDEN MONKEY

Five Guizhou golden monkeys that had been raised for three years in the Salvation Centre for Wild Animals under the jurisdiction of Guizhou Fanjinshan National Natured Conservation were used in the experiments. The venous blood of their lower extremities was collected for dyeing with Wright technique. Counting of the Platelet was made with macroscopic method. Pathological colour image pattern and statistic analysis were conducted which aimed at comparing the coagulation mechanism of the Guizhou golden monkey with that of Hominidae, Macaca mulatta, Macaca speciosa and Yunnan golden monkey, to find whether a significant difference would exist. A study was also made to see whether the change of sex and age of the Guizhou golden monkey would bring about significant difference in their blood coagulation mechanism.
