车用柴油机气-气中冷器数学模型的建立

摘    要:本文针对车用柴油机普遍采用的“管带式”结构中冷器.采用修正的分布效率一单元数法,总结出了中冷器冷却效率和阻力系数与柴油机工作参数相关联的中冷器数学模型。数学模型反映的关系与试验结果取得了良好的吻合。

Abstract:In connection with the tube-band type intercoolers widely adopted by vehicle diesels, the relation between engine running parameters and intercooler cooling efficiency and resistance coefficient is detected experimental test. An air-to-air intercooler model, which connects intercooler cooling efficiency and resistance coefficient with turbo-charge pressure ratio, intake air mass flow, environment temperature and pressure, is presented. It has a good co-incidence with the experimental result.
