计算自增强厚壁圆筒中应力强度因子的权函数法

摘    要:对于自增强处理过的含有多条裂纹的受内压圆筒,其有效应力强度因子可以通过叠加由内压和压缩残余应力单独引起的应力强度因子而得到。到目前为止,对于局部自增强(超应变度小于10%)的情况,只有很少的计算结果可以利用,文中用权函数法,对一个大范围的裂纹几何参数和多种超应变度的自增强进行了计算,给出了多条对称裂纹的应力强度因子的数值结果。

Abstract:For the multiple cracks in a pressurized and partially autofrettaged thickcylinder,the effective stress intensity factors were obtained by linear superposition of thosedue to internal pressure and autofrettage residual compressive stress.In this paper the stressintensity factors for a wide range of crack geometry paramaters and all amounts of autofrettageare evaluated by the weight function method.
