| Abstract: | Based on Summing up the main experiences and measures of developing the circular economy in China and foreign countries, and connecting with the reality of resources-enriched regions, this paper puts forward some measures that should be adopted by resources-enriched regions in developing the circular economy and finally realizing the strategic target of sustainable development under the guidance of scientific concept of development. |
