摘    要:枣的表面损伤通常是由采集时和采集后的机械力或枣贮存时挤压所致,对枣损伤进行无损检测有利于枣的品质分级.文章基于生物散斑技术,采用He-Ne激光照射正常无损枣和损伤枣的表面,以时间序列散斑图的惯性矩作为散斑活性,研究正常新鲜枣和损伤枣图像散斑活性随时间变化规律.结果表明随时间变化,枣的生物散斑活性有较大变化,且正常枣和损伤枣的变化趋势不同,为损伤枣的识别奠定理论基础.

Evaluation of Bioactivity Changes of Jujube Based on Biospeckle
Abstract:Dynamic biospeckletechnique, also called as dynamic laser speckle, is a portable and non-destructive as well as low-cost optical technique for online or point-of-sale applications on agricultural and livestockproducts. Shinning injury on Jujube is a kind of superficial wound that is generally caused by mechanical forces during pick and postharvest handling operations. Though skinning injury is pervasive and obstructive, its detection is very limited. This study attempted to research the biospeckle change regulation of nondestructive and injured Jujube, in order to find the biospeckle change regulation to distinguish nondestructive from injured Jujube.
