溢流孔径变化对旋流管排出口压力的影响

摘    要:定义了旋流管的溢流欧拉数Euo 和底流欧拉数Euu。由欧拉数与分流比之间的关系可知 ,溢流孔径的改变对旋流管溢流压力有较大的影响。当溢流孔径一定时 ,旋流管存在Euo=Euu 的工况 ,该工况所对应的分流比随溢流孔径的增大而减小。

Abstract:The overflow Euler number ( Eu o) and the underflow Euler number ( Eu u) are defined. The results of experiments show that the overflow orifice diameter has more effect on overflow discharge pressure than on underflow discharge pressure. For a orifice with a certain diameter, the case that the overflow Euler number equals the underflow Euler number can be found. The split ratio corresponding to this case decreases while the orifice diameter increases.
