| 摘 要： | 运用机制设计的思想，探讨了解除合伙双方产权关系的协商机制设计问题，给出了具有优超策略激励相容性、事后理性协商机制的完全刻划．在此基础上，证明了上述机制都可按固定价格方式执行．研究了其效率问题，给出了具有事前有效性的上述机制的完全刻划．

| Abstract: | The termination of partnership between several partners who jointly own a business is discussed using the idea of the bargaining mechanism. A complete delineation of the bargaining mechanism with dominant strategy incentive compatibility and ex post facto rationality is given. It has been proved that the mechanism described can be carried out in the form of fixed price. The efficiency of the mechanism is studied and a complete delineation of the mechanism with a priori effectiveness is presented. |
