摘    要:在讨论地铁牵引系统动态特性和控制原理的基础上,应用MATLAB的xPC Target工具箱,构建了针对牵引控制单元(TCU)的实时仿真测试平台。测试平台采用了基于网络的主副机结构,在实验室环境再现了机车正常运行的各种工况。还讨论了实现测试系统所需要的硬件、软件、和通信方式。对比分析了在线实时数据和实验室测试数据,证明了这种方法的有效性。

Abstract:By discussing control principle of the TCU(Traction Control Unit) and the dynamic characters of the traction system of the metro vehicle,a real-time testing platform for the TCU was proposed based on the xPC Target toolbox of Matlab.The platform is composed of a group of computers with a structure of host-assistant mode.Normal status of the vehicle can reappear in the laboratory environment.Hardware,software and I/O pattern of the testing system were discussed.By comparing data on-line with testing results,the method is proved to be effective.
