灰色GM模型在工程测试数据处理中的应用研究

摘    要:针对数理统计方法在试验数据处理中存在的缺陷,提出应用灰色系统理论和建模的方法进行工程试验数据处理。以苎麻纤维细度测试数据为依据,通过灰生成方式获得苎麻纤维细度测试值之间的函数关系,进而建立了苎麻纤维细度测试结果分析的灰微分方程模型。经白化处理、误差分析和采样验证,证明其模型计算值与实际值能很好地拟合。其拟合残差于小于工程要求值。从而证明了灰色系统理论及建模方法在工程试验数据处理中具有传统的数理统计方法不可忽视的优越性。所建立的苎麻纤维细度测试模型为纺织生产工艺控制、产品质量检验和监督提供了一种简便而科学的办法。

Abstract:Aiming to the defects which insist in mathem atics and physics statistics in the test data processing,the method on applying Grey system theory and modeling to process the test was put forward.Based on the test data on degree of finish of the ramie fiber and the method of the Grey gen eration,the function among the test values of degree of finish of the ramie fibe r.Whit whiting processing,erro analysis and sampling examination,it was proved t hat the model calculating values well fitted with the practical values.Its fitti ng remainder errors were less than the engineering required values.And then,it p roved that the Gety system theory and its modeling method had the superiority th at could not be neglected in the traditional mathematics and physics statistics method in the course of the processing the engineering test data.The model on tes ing the degree of finish of ramie fiber established on it provided a simple-conv enient and scientific method for the technical management of textile produce,pro duction quality inspection and supervision.
