摘    要:本文采用毛细管电色谱法测定了旱莲中总黄酮的含量.确定的电泳条件是8 mmol/LNaH2PO4、8 mmol/L Na2HPO4溶液(pH=8.02).运行电压为12 kV,紫外检测波长为254 nm.本文为旱莲的质量控制提供了新的方法.

Abstract:In this paper, the contents of total flavone were determined in Tropaeolum majus by capillary electrochromatography. The optimum buffer contained 8 mmol/L NaH2PO4 and 8 mmol/L Na2HPO4 (pH = 8. 02). The running voltage was 12 kV, the UV detector wavelength was set at 254 nm. The method was useful in the quality control respect of Tropaeolum majus.
